Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the GreenGo Pro software license made through greengomusic.com. The Service is provided by an individual operating under Individuali veikla (Individual Activity) Registration No. 1498242, EVRK: 621090, registered in the Republic of Lithuania.

We are committed to fair and transparent business practices in accordance with Lithuanian consumer protection legislation and EU regulations.

2. Free Trial

GreenGo offers a 3-day free trial with full feature access. No credit card or payment information is required to start the trial.

We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of the free trial to evaluate the software before making a purchase. The trial provides complete access to all features, allowing you to fully assess whether GreenGo meets your needs.

3. Digital Content — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article 6.22810 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost.

When you complete a purchase of GreenGo Pro:

  • A license key is generated and delivered to your email immediately upon payment confirmation.
  • By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.

This is in compliance with Lithuanian consumer protection law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

4. When Refunds May Be Granted

Despite the above, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical failure — the software is fundamentally non-functional on your system and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate purchase — you accidentally purchased the same product twice.
  • License key not delivered — you did not receive your license key and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase:

Please include the following information in your request:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • Your order ID or transaction ID.
  • A description of the reason for refund.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (credit card via Paddle, or cryptocurrency wallet address) or an alternative method agreed upon with the customer.
  • Refund amounts are based on the USD value at the time of the original purchase.
  • Upon refund, the associated license key will be revoked and the software must be uninstalled.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase (a free trial is provided for pre-purchase evaluation).
  • Failure to use the free trial before purchasing.
  • Incompatibility with your system that is clearly stated in the system requirements.
  • Violation of the Terms of Service.

8. Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer within the European Union, you retain all rights provided by applicable consumer protection legislation.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
