Terms of Service

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the GreenGo software application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), available at greengomusic.com.

The Service is provided by an individual operating under Individuali veikla (Individual Activity) Registration No. 1498242, economic activity code EVRK: 621090 (Other information technology and computer service activities), registered in the Republic of Lithuania (hereinafter — "Provider", "we", "us").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using GreenGo, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

GreenGo is a desktop software application that automates audio asset management workflows for creators and designers, including importing media from URLs, BPM and key detection, format optimization, and metadata organization.

The Service is offered as:

  • Free Trial — a 3-day trial period with full feature access, requiring no payment or credit card.
  • GreenGo Pro — a one-time purchase ($24.95 USD) granting a perpetual license to use the software for personal organization and asset management.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using GreenGo, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. License Grant

Upon successful purchase, the Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use GreenGo on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

  • Redistribute, sublicense, sell, or lease the software or your license key.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels.
  • Use the software for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payment and License Key Delivery

Payments are processed via credit/debit card (through Paddle as our Merchant of Record) or cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, TRX, LTC, USDT via our self-hosted payment processor). Upon confirmed payment, a license key is generated and delivered to the email address you provide during purchase.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address. The Provider is not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect email information.

6. User Responsibilities & Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of GreenGo complies with all applicable laws, including copyright and intellectual property laws. The Service is intended for use with content that the User owns or has explicit permission to use for organization purposes. The Provider does not endorse, facilitate, or authorize the acquisition of copyrighted content without proper authorization from the rights holder.

GreenGo is a tool for media organization; the legality of your specific use case is your sole responsibility. You agree not to use the Service in a manner that violates the Terms of Service of any third-party platform from which you import media.

7. Data Collection and Telemetry

The GreenGo application collects limited device information each time it is launched for the purposes of license validation and abuse prevention. Details of data collected are described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the GreenGo software, including but not limited to its code, design, graphics, trademarks, and documentation, remain the exclusive property of the Provider.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Lithuanian law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
  • The Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service.

10. Service Availability and Updates

The Provider may release updates, patches, or new versions of GreenGo at its discretion. Lifetime updates are included with the GreenGo Pro license. The Provider reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

11. Termination

The Provider may terminate or suspend your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

13. Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable Lithuanian consumer protection legislation.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

In accordance with EU Regulation No 524/2013, consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

15. Changes to These Terms

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
